Imei can be blogged when its lost or even tracked down but no operator will help on that . It can be possible after filling complaint to cops for stolen mobile.And when that imei is blogged then that cell is useless…

neat tip… i didn’t know that, i tried it and it works… my serial number is… doh , but don’t you think it can be hacked by someone who knows a lot about mobile phones?

the fact is actually that I knew that there was a possibility to disable a mobile phone and I had the serial number written down but did not expect that the thief would steal the WHOLE BAG with my mobile and my notice book, so my advice – keep this number somewhere safe, do not carry it around
