Forward all your Gmail mails to any other id
Saturday, March 28th, 2009
This will be pretty useful for those of you who have more than one e-mail id, one of which is on gmail. I am sure it is pretty time-consuming for you to check each inbox individually.
Gmail provides a feature will will auto-forward ALL e-mails from the Gmail id to any other specified id. So this means that if you have an account on Gmail, and another one on, say, Yahoo, you can forward all your Gmail messages to Yahoo automatically, so that you will only have to check your Yahoo inbox every day.
to activate this, go to Gmail settings tab. In the new page that opens up, go to forwarding and POP/IMAP. The first option will be "forwarding". enable it. Enter the desired forward-to id in the corresponding box. You can then choose to archive Gmail's copy, or delete or keep it.
So go on...save some time.

This is great to know, now we can get everyones email to go to the same place and save and effort. thanks!
i too use this feature. Its great, i have so many email accounts.
Its hard to login to all email accounts, its better to use the forward feature so that i can see all my mails from one account.
Wow, this will really save me some time. Thanks. I also found out that you can use gmail to create a large group list so that you can send out newsletters or emails to everyone in the group at once.
great feature isn’t it? i wish more email providers would provide this feature….
anywayz, thanks for reading, Keith
This is absolutely a great feature. Hope other providers also provide this feature soon, esp. Yahoo mail.
great feature, so useful
This is a good tool. I have 5 email accounts for some reason, and spend too much time checking each one?
Thank you very much for this information.
Gonna try this after I post this comment of mine. More power!!!
Big Thanks for sharing.

Yes, Google keeps coming up with great products. I also use standalone version of GTalk.
